Once completed, a Parkview provider will review and respond within one business day with a treatment plan just for you. E-Visits can be completed at any time and provide a fast, secure way to receive the care you need without leaving your home!

This service is open to anyone with a Parkview provider.

  • Headache
  • Heartburn
  • Eczema
  • Red eye
  • Sinus problems
  • Cold sores
  • Motion sickness
  • Urinary problems
  • Vaginal discharge

Who is an E-Visit for?

This service is open to anyone in Indiana with a Parkview provider.

This service is available to adults 18 and older with a MyChart account, even if you don’t have a Parkview provider.

Some appointments require a physical, hands-on assessment and may not qualify for an E-Visit. MyChart is not to be used for urgent healthcare needs. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to emergency room.

What are the hours for E-Visits?

E-Visits are available 24/7. Please allow one business day for a Parkview provider to review your information and develop a personalized treatment plan.

When will I receive my treatment plan?

After submitting, you will receive a personalized treatment plan within one business day. If an E-Visit is submitted on a Friday, a treatment plan may not be provided until the following Monday.

How much does it cost?

This service is available for a $39 payment per visit. If we are unable to treat through an E-Visit, your payment will be refunded.
