Chief Medical Officer, Parkview Health Hospitals
Michael Yurkanin, MD, joined Parkview Health in 2014, when Preferred Anesthesia Consultants became Parkview Physicians Group – Anesthesiology. He had served at Preferred Anesthesia Consultants since 1997. He was named Chief Medical Officer of PRMC & Affiliates in 2016. In his role, he partners with the president of PRMC & Affiliates to lead Parkview’s Allen County hospital operations.
Dr. Yurkanin was named Parkview Physicians Group Board of Managers Chair in 2019.
Dr. Yurkanin graduated from the Wayne State University School of Medicine and did his anesthesia residency at the University of Michigan.
