During tenure with LexisNexis, responsible for all aspects of customer contracting for LexisNexis products and services. responsible for global content licensing, intellectual property issues, copyright compliance, customer bankruptcies, litigation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other legal matters for LexisNexis Legal & Professional business units.
Before joining LexisNexis, served as an Assistant Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Career active duty and reserve Army officer, retired as a Colonel in 2012.
Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals, and Ohio State Supreme Court.
