Senior Vice President, Payor, Employer and Health Plan Strategies
David Jeans joined Parkview Health in 2018 as senior vice president of payor, employer and health plan strategies. David manages the relationships and contracts with Parkview’s payor partners for both fee for service and value-based risk agreements, leveraging data and analytics. In addition to his payor responsibilities, David manages the operation of Parkview’s co-worker health plan, which serves more than 25,000 total members. In partnership with Parkview Employer Solutions, David develops and operates innovative payment models including Signature Care, Parkview Value Plus, Parkview Select Care and direct-to-employer arrangements.
David serves on the board and executive committee for Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
