When Cale and Kayln Tabler learned that they were having twins, it was a pleasant surprise. But at 25 weeks, Kayln started having contractions and was in preterm labor. At 27 weeks, she was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia and admitted to the hospital. One week later, the Tablers welcomed their girls and began a difficult journey.

Zayli stayed in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) for 57 days and Kynli was there for 85 days. The stresses and sorrows that came in those hours sitting by their isolettes will stay with the Tabler family forever. But so will the kindness and care they received from their team at Parkview.

Today, these girls are full of energy and showing the world just what tiny warriors are capable of.
