Between the gifting, gathering and savoring holiday treats, make sure you carve out time in all the merriment to move your body!

Whether it's a night walk to enjoy the neighborhood's twinkling lights, a set of reps with weights or HIIT moves between wrapping presents or having a dance session to your favorite Christmas songs, it doesn't have to be a chore.

Exercise can be the greatest gift you give yourself!
