A patient may at any time ask a health care provider for an estimate of the prices the health care providers and health facility will charge for providing a non-emergency medical service. The law requires that the estimate is provided within 5 business days.
As of January 2019, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to publish a list of current standard charges associated with medical procedures. The following lists include the most basic level of charge information available and do not include other factors that may determine total charges and payments for an episode of care. Therefore, actual costs may vary. To speak with a Parkview representative who can more accurately estimate the cost of care, please call (260) 266-6700 or toll free (855) 814-0012.
