Injury treatment

Our injury services are provided by a team of board-certified physicians in occupational medicine and advanced practice providers specializing in occupational medicine and include:

  • Comprehensive evaluation and treatment of work injuries, exposures and illnesses, including, but not limited to:
    • Burns, lacerations, eye injuries, foreign bodies
    • Fractures and dislocations/subluxations (may be managed by Parkview Occupational Health, depending on nature and severity)
    • Chemical, biological (blood and bodily fluids, TB, COVID) and environmental exposures
    • Musculoskeletal injuries, such as sprains/strains and contusions
  • Virtual follow-up visits when clinically appropriate (based on nature of injury)
  • Referral to the appropriate level of care, including the ER, physical therapy, orthopedics, ophthalmology and more
  • Post-injury drug and alcohol testing
  • On-site X-rays at most clinic locations (X-rays are performed at the Emergency Department at Whitley, DeKalb, Kosciusko and Bryan locations)
  • Case management services to support throughout the recovery process
DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulated testing
  • Non-regulated drug testing (rapid urine, lab-based hair and lab-based saliva)
    • Now offering 4- and 9-panel rapid testing
  • Evidential breath alcohol testing
  • Medical Review Officer services
  • DOT and Non-DOT Consortium (random pool management) and TPA services
