Signature Care Credentialing Plan

Effective February 4, 2021, The HPS Credentialing Plan has effectively been delegated to Parkview Health Enterprise Credentialing and Methods (ECM). The Signature Care Credentialing Plan will now follow ECM credentialing policies. Those policies replace the HPS Credentialing Plan in full and are available in the links below.
