View the provider directories for the three Parkview coworker medical plans: Parkview Focused Plan, Parkview Expanded Plan or Parkview High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA).

Signature Care is a statewide network of healthcare providers located in Indiana and northwest Ohio that can be accessed through an employer's group health plan. Signature Care is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). When an employer chooses Signature Care as its PPO network, health plan participants receive medical services at a negotiated rate from contracted providers.
Your healthcare providers send your claims to Signature Care. We apply the negotiated discount and forward them to your Third-Party Administrator, often thought to be an insurance company. The Third-Party Administrator or TPA, will review and process those claims. You can find contact information for your TPA on the back of your ID card.
