Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Fort Wayne South Clinic will have clinician only visits (no provider visits) on July 31.
- The LaGrange Clinic will have clinician only visits (no provider visits) on August 3 from 2 - 5 p.m.
With twelve clinics in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview Occupational Health is proud to serve our entire community. All clinics offer in-house physical therapy.
