Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The LaGrange Clinic will NOT have x-ray services April 9 - 17, 2026.
- The Fort Wayne Central Clinic will not have x-ray services April 10, 2026.
- The Fort Wayne South Clinic will have one provider on April 10, 2026.
- The Bryan Clinic will have clinician-only visits beginning at 10 a.m. on April 10, 2026.
