I have breast cancer - what's going to happen next?

In an effort to educate patients and create awareness around the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, the breast care team at the Parkview Cancer Institute is hosting a series of “fireside chats” throughout the month of October. For their second discussion, a panel including Sarah Brady, CNP, Amanda Turner, RN, OCN and Andrea Maggart, RN, OCN, discusses what happens after a breast cancer diagnosis. Their conversation takes a closer look at what patients can expect as they begin their cancer journey, including a brief outline of the treatment process, helpful ways to digest the information and answers to questions or concerns they may be experiencing as they move forward in their treatment plan.
