Heart Healthy Seminars
Come to Apps and Information and learn on how to better manage your high blood pressure. An informative talk about the DASH diet and how it helps lower and manage blood pressure as well as information about the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program will be provided. Light lunch served during noon hour and light appetizers during the evening hour.
