Serenade your senses with music from the fabulous Frank Sinatra and sensational soup and salad masterpieces! This class will focus on the healing effects of both music and fresh and cooked produce as we enliven your senses to unique and nutrient dense recipes.

Registration Details:
Age 12 and older unless otherwise specified.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Each individual to stay for class must register.
Only one name per registration.
Maximum capacity is 20 individuals per class unless otherwise specified.
