Every Tuesday and Friday, 1:15–2 p.m.

Join Marymar Rodriquez-Jaimes, a bilingual exercise specialist for Parkview Health and Fitness, as she teaches you ways to use your body as a tool to create a work out that is best for you. Start at basic level and advance at your own pace and style. Program is for all fitness levels and ages. (No exercise class the Friday after Thanksgiving)
