Poor nutrition is one of the leading risk factors for death related to cardiovascular disease. Join Lydia Conner, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, to learn about better nutrition, which is a modifiable risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
