Visiting hours are based on the individual needs of each patient. Please check with the unit nurse.
Gift Shop
Open weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The hospital gift shop is located in the main lobby and is staffed by dedicated volunteers. All proceeds from items sold in the gift shop support special projects at Parkview LaGrange Hospital.
Local and long-distance calling
To make a local call, dial “9” followed by the seven digit phone number.
To make a long-distance call, dial “0” and speak to the operator.
Language interpreters
Sign language, interpreter and TTY services are available. For assistance, please contact your nurse.
Cell phones
Cell phone use is restricted in some areas of Parkview LaGrange Hospital because cell signals can interfere with the proper functioning of some biomedical equipment. The preferred areas of use include the front lobby, the Emergency Department waiting area on the main floor, the family waiting area on the second floor or anywhere outside the building. If you are unsure as to whether cell phones may be used in the area you’re visiting, please ask a staff member.
Terrace Café
The Terrace Café is located on the lower level of the hospital. Hot and cold meals are available for visitors or guests during these hours:
Breakfast: 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
