Sign Up for a Flu Vaccination Event
Flu season typically peaks between December and March. The CDC recommends that immunization against the flu virus begins as soon as the vaccine is available.
Why should you schedule flu vaccinations this year? Complications from the flu can result in employee absenteeism, reduced productivity and an increase in healthcare costs for employers. Keep your workforce healthy by offering the seasonal flu vaccine for your employees.
Pricing:
- 1-99 vaccines: $29 per vaccine
- 100+ vaccines: $28 per vaccine
- In-clinic price: $30 per vaccine
- On-site fee: $52/hour (minimum 1 hour). Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
- Premium fee: (6:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. and weekends): $65/hour (minimum 1 hour). Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
- Mileage fee: $2.00/mile for locations greater than 25 miles from any Parkview county hospital or Bryan, OH, PPG medical office building.
Flu vaccinations are also offered in our eleven Parkview Occupational Health clinic locations in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
