Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Williams County Ohio Clinic will be clinician only visits (no provider visits) on Fridays in September and October.
- The Allen County Central clinic will have no x-ray services until mid-January 2027. If there are days when it will be available, it will be posted below.
- The Cass County Clinic will have no provider visits after 12 p.m. (clinician only visits from noon - 4 p.m.) on Thursday, October 29.
- The Williams County Ohio Clinic will have no provider visits after 3 p.m. (clinician only visits from 3 - 5 p.m.) on Thursday, October 29.
- The Kosciusko County Clinic will have no provider visits (clinician only visits) on Friday, October 30.
With twelve clinics in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview Occupational Health is proud to serve our entire community. All clinics offer in-house physical therapy.
