Reduced hours and closures

Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.

The Fort Wayne - Central clinic will be by appointment only on Thursday, April 25.
The Fort Wayne - South clinic will be by appointment only or new/urgent injuries after 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.
The Whitley clinic will have clinician-only visits on Thursday, April 25.
The Bryan, Ohio clinic will be closed on Friday, April 26.
The Whitley clinic will be by appointment and see new injuries only on Friday, April 26.
The Noble clinic will not have x-ray services on Monday, April 29.
The Warsaw clinic will be closed on Tuesday, April 30.

With eleven clinics in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview Occupational Health is proud to serve our entire community. All clinics offer in-house physical therapy.

The Fort Wayne – North clinic is open extended hours to provide care for acute injuries. Parkview Occupational Health defines an acute injury as occurring less than 24-hours prior to arriving to the clinic. Injuries occurring outside of this time frame will be seen during normal business hours. The clinic is located in the New Vision Professional Center on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus.
