Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Logansport Clinic will be CLINICIAN ONLY visits on Wednesday, April 1, 2026
- The Fort Wayne South Clinic will not have x-ray services on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
