Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Logansport Clinic will have the following reduced hours:
- On July 20 the clinic will be closed.
- On July 21 the clinic will be open for clinician only visits.
- On July 22 the clinic will be open for clinician only visits.
- On July 23 the clinic will be open for clinician only visits.
- On July 24 the clinic will be open for clinician only visits.
- The Noble Clinic will be open for clinician only visits (no provider visits) after 4 p.m. on July 20 and 22, 2026.
With twelve clinics in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview Occupational Health is proud to serve our entire community. All clinics offer in-house physical therapy.
