Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Wabash Clinic will be closed April 29 - May 1 to move to their new location.
- The Whitely County Clinic will have clinician only visits on Thursday, April 30 from 10 - 11:30 a.m.
With twelve clinics in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview Occupational Health is proud to serve our entire community. All clinics offer in-house physical therapy.
