Reduced hours and closures
Due to increased volumes and limited provider availability, Parkview Occupational Health locations may be operating with reduced hours. Updates to clinic hours will be added here as necessary.
- The Fort Wayne South Clinic will not have x-ray services on Thursday, May 14.
- The Logansport Clinic will have no provider visits on Tuesday, May 19.
- The Bryan Ohio Clinic will have no provider from 8 - 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2.
