Tonight, children will grab the handles of their plastic pumpkins and parade through the neighborhood on a quest for holiday goodies. While we want to enjoy the costumes and candy, Anna Marsh-Belote, Parkview’s Director of Safety and Emergency Preparedness, does urge parents to review her list of steps to a safe, responsible evening of trick-or-treating.
