New culinary offerings tempting Randallia diners

According to Andrew Metz, retail manager, Nutritional Services Parkview Randallia Hospital, diners can expect some exciting new options this fall. Here, he shares more about the rotating action station in the Randallia cafeteria.

We chose the food concepts we did, to bring some diversity to our offerings. We also used co-worker survey results to determine what they would be interested in. We had a wide range of cuisines in their suggestions. We thought of doing the 5-week rotation as a way to give our customers, all of them, what they wanted, introduce trending cuisine and to keep things fresh.

We’re already noticing an increase in foot traffic at the action station and our customers are sharing that they’re trying foods that they have never tried or possibly never heard of. Our customers are very happy that we put their requests into practice, and we’re thrilled that they’re loving it.
