Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer. Follow these simple tips for food safety and convenience.

  • Pack straight from the refrigerator.
  • Keep food at 40 degrees or cooler.
  • Stash all food in airtight containers or bags.
  • Clean cooler thoroughly when done.
