The vision for the Parkview Cancer Institute encompassed a number of objectives. Toward the top of the list was creating an atmosphere of hope and support for guests and patients who enter the facility. One important element of delivering this promise was the Concierge program. Here, Scott James, chief operating officer, explains more.
From the time people come through the front entrance, we want to take their breath away and reinforce their confidence in their choice of care. Our building is beautiful, but it’s our concierge experience and the people inside these walls that will make the biggest impact. Our staff will walk hand in hand with our patients and ensure that they have the best experience possible throughout their journey.
