Funding & Support

Parkview’s mission is to improve the health of individuals in all communities we serve. Our Community Health Improvement Program is one way in which mission translates into traditional patient care as well as health services beyond our facility walls. Parkview collaborates with and supports other community organizations to address unmet health needs through community health initiatives. Types of support include program and event support.

Applications for collaboration with Parkview’s Community Impact program can be submitted through our online submission forms found below. If you have questions, please contact us at Community.Health@parkview.com.
