Moms on the Move (Wednesday mornings)

Moms on the Move is a partnership between the Parkview Warsaw YMCA and the Parkview Center for Healthy Living. If you are a new or expectant mom, plan to join our certified Oh Baby! Fitness® instructors and personal trainers for classes within the Parkview Center for Healthy Living. During our six-week session, you will receive nutrition information from Parkview registered dietitians in printed form, through Facebook Live and in person. If you’re new to the program, you’ll also receive a nutritional care package. The Monday evening class will rotate between barre, cardio and strength workouts. If you register for two classes, your second class is 50% off.

Cost: $10 for YMCA member; $20 non-YMCA member. Scholarships are available.
