Lunch & Learn: Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension (DASH)

Come to our Lunch and Learn on how to better manage your high blood pressure. An informative talk on how to grocery shop and cook for your heart, as well as information about the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program will be provided. A light lunch will be provided.
