Healthy Heart Seminars

Come to one of the YMCA led information and learn seminars on how to better manage your high blood pressure. This is an informative talk about the DASH diet and how it helps lower and manage blood pressure, as well as information about the YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program will be provided. A light lunch will be served during the noon hour and hors d'oeuvres during the evening session.
