Self-Compassion for the Holidays via Zoom

The holidays are a time of joy, but they can also be complicated. Why not offer yourself some self-care with evidence-based ways to decrease stress and enhance well-being. Join Jon Walker, MD, of Modestly Mindful LLC, for this popular three-week online course on self-compassion for the holidays. The first session will review resourcing techniques – ways to ease inner conflict when things are tough. The second session features cultivating self-compassion to support yourself rather than getting caught up in self-judgment and criticism. Then, the final session will use a practice known as loving-kindness to bring more goodwill into your life and even gain some space around people who may be difficult.
