Have you ever said, “I’m on a seafood diet, I see food and I eat it?” Perhaps you’ve unsuccessfully tried a variety of diets, leaving you feeling like a failure, defeated, unmotivated or self-loathing. Then, you try again and the cycle repeats. Join Dave Johnson, PhD, Parkview Health, as he shares science-based models focused on habit-loops and mindfulness approaches, which can assist you with making positive lifestyle changes.
