Strength Training via Zoom

Join Pam Okeefe, instructor, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, via Zoom, as she guides you through strengthening exercises with the use of small hand weights and stretch bands. This will include some floorwork as well. This is a class that works the upper body, lower body, and abs. A chair is recommended for support during standing leg exercises. It is not super strenuous, but you will feel the workout. A Zoom link will be sent to your email once you have registered.
