The ABCs of Diabetes is offered to provide general information on the prevention and management of diabetes. Plan to listen and learn as this is a facilitated class, however, there will be time for discussion that will help increase your awareness of diabetes and help steer you towards the appropriate resources or relevant information. The ABCs of Diabetes is offered three times each month via a virtual platform. Anyone can attend a session while choosing the most convenient time for your schedule. Feel free to invite family or friends who may be interested in attending and learning more.
