It’s designed to assist you and your partner is exploring the physical, emotional and social aspects of birth. Each session includes prenatal information, group activities to promote learning and a demonstration of skills useful during labor and birth so you can better define your needs and wants. Partners are encouraged to attend.

Preparing for Childbirth classes are held on Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Parkview Regional Medical Center conference rooms.
