Postpartum Support: A Better Tomorrow via Zoom

Plan to join Sarah Wolfe, BSN, RN, IBCLC, FCN, CPST, Parkview Whitley Hospital, or Alainna Martin, BSN, RN, Parkview Whitley Hospital. Both nurses are trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) to offer support to new moms and their significant others, who might be experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety during pregnancy or depression in general. Postpartum depression can last up to a year after the arrival of or loss of your baby. Please know you are not alone, and you are not to blame. By acknowledging you might be experiencing baby blues or postpartum depression, with a little help, you can get back to feeling like yourself again. A Zoom link will be sent to your email once you have registered.

Live Well with Diabetes

Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and live in Noble County? Are you interested in participating in an interactive course to learn lifestyle management tools to help with controlling diabetes? This exciting new 8-week program will incorporate group learning through teaching, low-impact physical activity, hands-on-cooling classes and informational sessions of guest speakers from various healthcare backgrounds. Participants will be invited to complete a short application. Seating is limited so apply early to reserve your spot.
