Getting to the Heart of Cardiovascular Disease

The Medicare enrollment commercials begin like clockwork every fall and can cause quite a bit of confusion. This month, Debra Taylor will join us to talk about SHIP, a program offering free and unbiased counseling regarding Medicare. She will discuss how Medicare works and how SHIP assists clients in getting help with Part B premiums. Learn how to sign up for Medicare plans and more. POTS Support Group

Individuals with a diagnosis of POTS or Dysautonomia are invited to participate in a support group to help manage their symptoms and meet their health goals. This group is facilitated by Treva Strassen, nurse practitioner and Carolyn Moeller, registered nurse.
