A healthy lifestyle means a healthier mom, and a healthier mom means a healthier baby! Join our certified Oh Baby fitness instructors and personal trainers for classes at the Downtown YMCA. First-time moms joining this session will receive nutrition information specifically catered to moms and babies from a Parkview registered dietitian. Moms on the Move is a partnership with the Parkview Warsaw YMCA and Parkview Kosciusko Hospital.
Cost: Free to YMCA members and $12 for non-members.
