Moms on the Move (Monday Evenings)
Center for Healthy Living, Maternity & Parenting, Support Groups
Join our certified Oh Baby instructors as they guide you through a total body condition workout designed for moms and babies. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio or core restoration with fun and fellowship added to the mix. As part of the program, nutrition support is provided by Parkview Center for Healthy Living registered dietitians throughout the six-week sessions.
Cost: $40 non-YMCA member, $20 YMCA member. If you register for two or more classes your second class is ½ off. Scholarships are available, contact Tracy Frick at: tfrick@kcymca.org
Sessions start:
Mon. & Wed., Sept. 19 – Oct. 28
Mon., Wed. & Fri., Oct. 31 – Dec. 16
Morning Classes: Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30 – 11 a.m.
Evening Class: Mondays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
