Healthy Cooking Demo: Blue Zones – Loma Linda

Center for Healthy Living

Did you know there are places in the world called Blue Zones where people naturally live long, happy, healthy lives? Researchers have discovered that in Blue Zones, genetics is only responsible for about 20% of how long you live, which means other factors are behind 80% of your longevity. Join Rachel Stohlman, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, Parkview Health, for an interesting nutritional series on the Blue Zones. This month she plans to share on the Blue Zones and Loma Linda while exploring the culture and the nine powerful habits for a life of longevity. Join us in-person for a taste of Loma Linda.
