Tai Chi via Zoom (Beginner)
Join Jean Beaubien, BSN, RN, instructor, Parkview Center for Healthy Living, for morning exercise. Tai Chi helps improve body movement, reduce stress, strengthen balance, and boost coordination using mind, breath and body. This class is perfect if you want to learn the basics of Tai Chi or just get back into enjoying the routine of class. An exercise release form must be electronically signed prior to joining the first class. A Zoom link will be sent to your email once you have registered.
