The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report suicide as the second leading cause of death among individuals between the ages of 10 and 34. Sadly, for Leslie Weirich, that statistic now includes her son, Austin.

In an effort to help others understand the face of suicide and also in the hope of preventing the loss of young lives in the future, Leslie now bravely shares her family’s heart-breaking story with anyone willing to listen.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” – Genesis 50:20
