The visit only lasted a few minutes. Every question I asked the doctor he answered my question with I took your gallbladder out, or you're gonna be in pain . He did not answer my questions the way I felt he should have. He was very sort with his words. I was very curious and concerned about the amount of pain I was experiencing, in my left upper quadrant under my ribs, but he said it was because he took my gallbladder out of that side. He did not make me feel valued or important. I felt very rushed through my appointment. He might be a good surgeon, but he has terrible bedside manner. I would not recommend him to friends or family if they needed a general surgeon.
We were treated very professionally from the sweet lady at the door and the medical staff. Going to the doctor is not something you look forward to but the greeter, receptionist, nurses and the doctor made I a pleasant experience.
