I felt that Cassandra was very helpful in explaining my situation to my husband and I. Its scaring when go into a doctors office and you need an explanation of what procedures are going to be taking place. She was so thorough in her explanation of the procedure. I really liked her. Now I just need to make up my mind and have done. Thank you Parkview.

The video call is pretty convenient. This is the second time I have used it and both times have been a positive experience. I will use video calls again for future appointments.

Was very satisfied. Cassandra Jones was my nurse practioner. Was very happy with my care, she listened to me. Explained thinks about my condition, took time with me and provided excellent information and care. Very satisfied.
