I-9 Work Authorization document inspection

New co-workers are required to present their approved identification documents in person at the Parkview New Hire Center prior to starting their new position with Parkview Health.

What to bring

Badge and parking registration

All new co-workers are required to obtain a co-worker badge and parking sticker prior to starting their new position at Parkview Health. Please note: You will not be able to receive your co-worker badge until you have received your employee ID number which will be in your “Parkview – Onboarding Requirements” email.

Badging office is located on the 1st floor of the State Tower in the first hallway, just past the glass stairwell.

  • Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Parkview Health co-worker vaccination policy

Parkview has a healthcare worker vaccination policy. An annual flu vaccination is expected for all Parkview co-workers, except for those who are granted religious and medical exemptions. The COVID-19 vaccine is not required as a condition of employment, however for CMS reporting purposes, new hires and current co-workers are requested to submit vaccine status and proof of any subsequent boosters received.

Parkview benefits - enrollment information

If you intend to elect life insurance and health benefits as outlined in the Health Benefits booklet, you will need to elect these benefits within 60 days of your start date shown in your offer letter.

There are several ways you can access the MyHR login portal to elect your benefits after your official Sunday start date.

Log in to MyHR using your network login credentials. You can obtain these credentials from your department leader. Once logged in, you will select the "Make Benefits Elections" tile.
