Co-worker vaccination policy
Parkview Health must know the immunity status of all co-workers in the event of an outbreak or for reporting purposes. Therefore, all co-workers will be required to provide proof of immunity status for various vaccinations upon hire. If a co-worker cannot provide documentation of immunity status, a blood test (titer) will be conducted. Co-workers who are found to be non-immune will be offered vaccination at no cost. An annual flu vaccination is expected for all Parkview co-workers, except for those who are granted religious and medical exemptions. The COVID-19 vaccine is not required as a condition of employment, however for CMS reporting purposes, co-workers are requested to submit vaccine status and proof of any subsequent boosters received. View the vaccination policy here.

Parkview benefits review

Parkview’s competitive, well-designed benefit plans for full- and part-time co-workers are just one piece of your Total Rewards package designed to ensure the welfare of our co-workers and their families. In designing our benefit plans, we seek to provide the right combination of benefits to enable you to optimize your physical, mental and financial health, while balancing factors such as plan costs.

To learn about the benefits we offer at Parkview Health and how to enroll, please review the 2026 Parkview Health Benefits booklet and review the co-worker benefits website.

Parkview benefits - enrollment information

If you intend to elect life insurance and health benefits as outlined in the Health Benefits booklet, you will need to elect these benefits within 60 days of your start date shown in your offer letter.

As we prepare for the launch of Oracle Fusion, new coworkers starting in September should be aware that their benefits effective date will be October 1, 2026.

A paper benefits enrollment form may be used during the transition period if immediate enrollment is needed. However, whenever possible, we encourage coworkers to wait until Oracle Fusion is live on September 27, 2026 to complete their benefit elections.

Enrolling through Oracle will provide the easiest experience, allowing you to complete your elections and upload any required dependent verification documentation all in one place.

Additional details and instructions will be shared as Oracle becomes available. Thank you for your flexibility during this transition.
