Virtual Walk-In Clinic
With Parkview MyChart, you can talk to a Parkview provider from your smart phone, tablet, or computer - receiving the same level of care as an in-person visit at a walk-in clinic. Our providers are available to treat and diagnose non-emergency medical issues, and if prescriptions are necessary, they can be sent right to your pharmacy of choice.
Common conditions treated include:
- Cold, cough, flu
- Pink eye
- Sore throat
- Respiratory issues
- Sinus problems
- Skin problems
- And more!
This service is available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and open to anyone in Indiana or Ohio, even if you don’t have a Parkview provider.
Insurance is now accepted for MyChart video visits.
Virtual Walk-In Clinic, Parkview OnDemand and scheduled video visits with Parkview provider are all available options for patients ages 14-17.
NEW! Orthopedic virtual walk-in clinic visits now available
You can now choose an orthopedic video visit within the Virtual Walk-In Clinic. Orthopedic specialists are able to offer preliminary diagnoses of sprains, strains, back pain, joint pain and other orthopedic conditions or injures. In many cases, providers will then refer you for an in-person evaluation. Seeing an orthopedic provider virtually is the fastest, most efficient way to begin treatment and get connected with other physicians.
To begin an orthopedic video visit, simply choose the Virtual Walk-In Clinic service in your MyChart account, confirm your location, then select "Orthopedic Video Visit" on the next screen.
Orthopedic video visits are available from:
- Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Friday from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
With Parkview MyChart, you can manage your healthcare online anytime. Whether through your computer or mobile device app, it is a secure and confidential web-based system that allows you to communicate with your doctor's office and access many of your healthcare records.
