Practicing prevention promotes productivity

Prevention can provide significant value for employers, including meaningful cost savings. Roughly 20% of employees can account for 80% of a company’s healthcare expenses. Reducing the prevalence of conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol can have a measurable impact on your bottom line. Prevention also supports healthy employees in maintaining their well-being—helping avoid future health issues and associated costs.

Wellness Screenings

Employers need engaging ways to promote health awareness and inspire employees to stay fit, feel better and remain productive. Encouraging healthy habits and exploring preventive healthcare helps reduce absenteeism and medical costs.

Biometric Data Collection:

Parkview Workplace Wellness professionals will provide biometric screenings at your worksite. Collecting this information from your employees can help determine your workforce’s overall health status and shape your company’s wellness program.

Measurements can include, but are not limited to:

  • Blood pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Height and weight
  • Waist measurements

Lab Screening package options:

  • Post Screening Consultations
    • 15-minute one-on-one review of screenings results with participants. This can be offered virtually or on-site.

All employees are encouraged to share their results with their family physician. Employees and your health plan can often save money since our offerings are cost effective.

Executive Lifestyle Management Program

The Parkview Executive Lifestyle Management Program is a comprehensive, preventive health solution designed specifically for executives and senior leaders. Unlike a standard annual physical, this program takes a deeper, more proactive approach to identifying potential health risks well before symptoms develop. For brokers, this offers an opportunity to support clients in protecting their most critical asset: leadership continuity and performance.

The program consists of advanced lab testing, advanced imaging and screening, and specialized consultations focused on major health risk areas such as cardiac, vascular, and cancer risk.

The program is delivered through two coordinated experiences. The first takes place at the workplace, and the second is conducted at our clinic. Information gathered during the evaluation is compiled into a comprehensive report that provides a clearer understanding of current health status and risk factors, along with a personalized plan to achieve optimal health and well-being.
