MyChart Account Security

Secure your account with two-step verification

If you've ever been a victim of identity theft, you know it can be very unsettling and exhausting to restore your good name. Identity theft can even involve your healthcare data when individuals access your information for illegal and unauthorized use.

Keeping your accounts secure is important in the fight against thieves looking to take your identity for their gain.

That’s why all MyChart users can easily turn on an additional layer of account protection with a feature called two-step verification.

It's a simple, extra step between entering your password and accessing your account, similar to a PIN number on a debit card transaction. With two-step verification activated, MyChart will automatically generate and send a unique code to your phone or email. Enter that code when prompted, followed by your password and you’ll access your account with an additional layer of security.

Need assistance or have questions about enabling this feature? Visit the MyChart help page, give us a call at 260-266-8700 or toll free at 855-853-0001, or email us at MyChart@parkview.com.
