Parkview Health conducts pharmacy resident recruitment, application and selection in accordance with the ASHP Accreditation Standard for Postgraduate Pharmacy Residency Programs.

  1. PGY2 pharmacy residency positions may be filled internally through the Early Commit process.
  2. All residency candidates must register for the Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS) applicant number.
  3. Candidates must use the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) to submit applications.
  4. Candidates will be contacted regarding selection for interviews in mid to late January based on each residency program’s process and selection criteria, in accordance with ASHP Standards.

Residency-specific application requirements

PGY1 Community

Residency candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Indiana. Candidates must also register for the Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS) applicant number.

Candidates must submit the following information no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.

  • Transcript from College of Pharmacy
PGY1 Pharmacy

Residency candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Indiana. Candidates must also register for the Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS) applicant number.

Candidates must submit the following information no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.

PGY1 & PGY2 HSPAL

PGY2 Ambulatory

Residency candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Indiana. Candidates applying must have (or be on-track to) complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency.

Candidates must submit the following information no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.

PGY2 Critical Care

Residency candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Indiana. Candidates applying must have (or be on-track to) complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency.

PGY2 Internal Medicine
