This 16-month interactive experience ensures new graduate nurses receive support for their professional development. Classes cover knowledge and peer support required to help you progress along the continuum from novice to expert nurse. Our cohort-style activities will enrich your first year as a Parkview nurse and provide monthly connection opportunities to help you thrive as you continue your career at Parkview.
