You can break free
A tobacco-free life is possible. It’s notoriously difficult to quit because of the effect nicotine has on your body—especially your brain—not because you don’t have the willpower. We’re offering you the help you need to quit for good so that you can do the following:
- Lower your risk for various types of cancer, including lung cancer
- Reduce your risk for developing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), one of the leading causes of death in the United States
- Lower your risk for stroke, heart disease, and peripheral vascular disease (narrowing of the blood vessels around your heart)
- Improve wound healing and decrease surgical complications
