Rates and Accommodations

The Parkview Mirro Event and Conference Center is an elegant facility providing extensive services and a host of amenities. The lovely environment is the perfect background for your next special event. The facility offers spaces that will accommodate everything from a breakfast meeting for a small group to plated dinner for 500 guests.

Services we offer include:

  • Menu planning to fit your event needs
  • Consultation with one of our talented event planners
  • Telecommunications technology, including:
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    • LCD Projectors
    • Three 24’ x 14’ Retractable screens (in Grand Hall)
    • Podium and 768 square feet of staging
    • Microphone (both handheld and lapel)
  • Team of audiovisual professionals who can assist with music and
  • Special lighting
  • Convenient parking for as many as 570 vehicles

The following services are available for an additional fee:

  • Coat check service
  • On-site bartending
  • Security
  • Linens and centerpieces

Parkview Mirro Center is the sole caterer for the venue. Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited.

The Parkview Mirro Event and Conference Center partners with and supports many local non-for profit organizations.

A 5% service fee will be included on the final invoice. The Mirro Event and Conference Center does not host weddings/receptions. Rates include AV Equipment/Assistance and Room Table Set Up. Half day rate up to five hours. Weekend rate includes Friday evenings.
