SJ4 Post Approval Study in Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillator Patients

Study Endpoints/Objectives The endpoints of the study are: * Complication free survival rate at 5 years for complications related to the RV lead or SJ4 connector * Electrical performance (capture threshold) of St. Jude Medical's SJ4 system The study will also characterize the complication rates and perform a trend analysis for complications related to the RV lead or SJ4 connector.
